I bought Keto Activate just to try it out, I figure couldn’t hurt. I love the taste chocolate truffle and at first I didn’t really notice anything but after a couple days I am noticing I have more energy and I don’t eat but about 1 time a day so it is very easy for intermittent fasting. So far I have lost 11 pounds in a week. It seems I am always thirst so it reminds me to get my daily water requirements in. I will be buying more.

The Chocolate Truffle and other flavors contain stevia - or some other artificial/plant-based sweetener, of which I cannot tolerate. I cannot find a way to return the unopened product for a refund. Future Buyers - Please make certain you are not intolerant to these sweetness as you will find it difficult to return anything you buy. My Endocrinologist prefers that I not participate in this "Keto" program and recommends a physician-based program that insurance will cover. Good Advice!!

Just another “keto” product that fails to deliver on the company’s claims. I purposely broke my keto to try this out and see if it does what it claims and that’s boost you in to ketosis even if you have a few too many carbs. I’m here to tell you that it’s all a lie. I use a blood sugar and ketone monitor regularly to track my keto level. After breaking my keto and registering at a .1mmol/L I tried the shake for a week straight and had some carbs, not a lot but around 35-40g a day. Every day a few hours after eating I would test my levels and would be at a .1mmol/L then I would test again a few hours after drinking the shake (more than a full scoop in 6-8oz of water) and low and behold, I was still reading at a .1mmol/L. Nutritional ketosis levels range from .5-3 mmol/L. So the claims this boosts your body into a ketogenic state is just absolutely false. Let’s see if there 90 day money back guarantee is as fake as their product.
